Mount Rainier, which towers over Seattle, is 50 miles from the city. There's a national park with camping and hiking activities. One of Seattle's most frequented attractions is Pike Place Market. The farmer's market is over a century old and still retains local charm. The Seattle Aquarium exhibits a wide range of vibrant marine species.
