TOUR PROGRAM Carnival in Venice: Masks, Spritz and Tradition

1 night in a 3* Hotel Agli Artisti or similar, in double room with breakfast.

DAY 1
Vaporetto transfer from the station to the hotel.
Stroll around the area to start soaking up the festive Carnival atmosphere.
Bacaro tour, a truly Venetian experience that allows you to discover the city through its traditional popular taverns, the bacari. Along the way, you will taste 6 cicchetti (small bites that represent authentic Venetian cuisine), accompanied by 3 spritz, the iconic Venetian aperitif. An authentic and convivial way to enjoy the local atmosphere, between genuine flavors and charming views of the lagoon city.
Dinner at leisure.
DAY 2
Morning:
2-hour guided tour in Italian: "In the Footsteps of the Venice Carnival and Its History"
Our guide will accompany you on a walking tour to see from the outside the symbolic places of the Carnival and of Casanova: St. Mark’s Square, Caffè Florian, Caffè Quadri, Teatro Ridotto, Teatro La Fenice, Campo Santi Stefano, Teatro Goldoni, Rialto, Bacaro Ae Do Spade, Trattoria Ae Poste Vecie, and the Carampane area.
Lunch and free time until the departure of your train back home. The tour leader will escort you to the station.

1-night stay with breakfast at a 3* hotel (within 3 km), Hotel Agli Artisti or similar.
Tour leader from Italy for departures from Rome Termini (for departures from other parts of Italy, the tour leader will meet you on site).

24-hour vaporetto (waterbus) ticket.

N.B. The tour is subject to a minimum of 10 participants. If this number is not reached, travelers may choose between: (i) a refund of amounts paid, excluding any purchased flights, (ii) inclusion in another similar confirmed tour on dates to be determined, or (iii) individual rescheduling of the trip and services, without a tour leader, with an appropriate adjustment of the price.
