Please note, Colombian residents abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when buying a tourist package (accommodation plus service). A Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa must be presented upon arrival. Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check in. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
